Before we hit Dorney Park, we'd stopped off at an old tourist spot from the 40s and 50s,
Roadside America. Billed as the world's
greatest indoor minature village, it's essentially a giant train set. It was built by a
man, who as a child had thought that buildings in the distance were really small, that
had inspired to build model houses when he got older. It was a hobby he continued into
his adulthood and he put together quite the display. Photo by Matt. |
